Injection Pump Servicing

Whether your injection pump is leaking or you have running issues, our team of qualified and experienced technicians are highly skilled and offer top quality service and fast turnaround to have your vehicle on the road again. Passenger vehicles, 4WD’s, commercial, agricultural and marine. We service all major fuel injection manufacturer brands such as Bosch, Zexel, Denso, Siemens, Stanadyne, Yanmar, Simms as well as being an authorised Delphi (Lucas/CAV) service dealer.

Fault Diagnosis

Our well equipped workshop has the tooling and test equipment required to accurately diagnose engine and fuel system faults. We run multiple scan tools including tools specifically designed for commercial/heavy duty applications and also oscilloscopes for electronic diagnostics. Compression testing and cylinder leakage testing to determine engine condition. Common rail test equipment to test fuel system performance on and off the vehicle.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

Many modern diesel engines use a diesel particulate filter in their exhaust to meet emission standards. Over time these filters block and require servicing and at times replacement. Often a vehicle may require regeneration using a scan tool if the vehicle has been driven in conditions that have prevented a successful self regeneration. We can regenerate, clean or replace your DPF.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

Exhaust gas recirculation is used to lower NOx levels in your vehicles exhaust. Over time, the exhaust gases introduced into your engines intake system mix with the oil vapour from your engines crankcase ventilation and build up in the intake system causing poor performance, misfiring, smoke and reduced efficiency/economy. Some manufacturers recommend cleaning of the intake system as part of their service schedule. We can clean your vehicles intake system and depending on application offer an EGR removal service. We recommend fitting oil catch cans to help prevent intake systems clogging.

Turbochargers

Modern engines often run turbochargers to increase engine performance and efficiency. Whether you are after a factory specification or performance turbo we can help with diagnosis, supply and repair. We are able to supply genuine products for all major turbo manufacturers such as Garrett, Holset, IHI, 3K, Schwitzer, Borg Warner, MHI/Mitsubishi and Toyota. We can also supply quality aftermarket products.

Injector Servicing

Diesels are compression ignition (CI) engines as opposed to petrols which are spark ignition (SI). This means that finely atomised fuel is injected into the combustion chamber and ignites in the hot air created by the diesel engines high compression ratio. Correctly operating injectors are crucial to maintain low emmissions, engine performance and prolonged engine life. Whether you have single or twin spring mechanical injectors or common rail injectors we have a repair or replacement solution for you. We carry service exchange injectors for common applications and offer fast turnaround.

Performance Tuning

We are an authorised ECU SHOP dealer meaning we can supply, install and tune high quality performance products on modern diesel engines. We also develop and supply performance injection pumps for older mechanical injection systems. We supply and build performance injectors.
